LAW Absolute is partnering with a Top 50 UK law firm with a market-leading Corporate M&A practice that is seeking an outstanding corporate lawyer to join the team on an initial 3–6 month contract, with an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the market’s leading corporate practitioners on high-profile and complex transactions.

The role will involve:

  • Domestic and cross-border Corporate M&A
  • Private equity and venture capital transactions
  • Joint ventures and strategic investments
  • General corporate advisory work
  • Supporting an impressive portfolio of private companies, investors and businesses

Requirements:

  • Recent private practice experience in Corporate M&A
  • Strong technical expertise across transactional matters
  • Proven ability to support on sophisticated deals
  • Confidence advising private companies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
  • Minimum of 2 years’ PQE
