An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly regarded TMT practice. The team works on a broad and fast-paced mix of matters, many of which are high profile, advising clients across a wide range of industries, with particular focus on TME, fintech, retail and consumer brands, and business support services.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of work, including assisting with commercial contracts, key technology contracts, advertising and marketing matters, adtech and related data issues, and outsourcing.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be an England & Wales qualified lawyer or qualified in a common law jurisdiction
  • Have at least 2 years’ PQE in a leading TMT practice.
  • Have the ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Be highly motivated and enthusiastic
