An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading UK firm in its highly ranked Corporate M&A practice. The team is recognised for its work on both domestic and cross-border transactions. It advises well-known corporate clients, financial sponsors and management teams, and the practice has the scale and quality to handle large and complex matters while maintaining a personal, flexible and commercially focused approach. The team works with a broad range of clients, from tech start-ups raising finance through to household names and major corporates.

The firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with approximately 4–6 years’ post-qualified experience. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied mix of matters across its key sectors, with a particular focus on Private M&A. You will also be encouraged and supported to help drive the business, with the opportunity for significant client involvement and an active role in business development.

Experience required:
  • Qualified in England & Wales
  • Have 4-6 years’ PQE at a Corporate M&A practice.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
