The team operates at the top end of the market, advising on complex, high-value and often cross-border transactions where real estate is a core asset.
Its clients include global asset managers, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, developers, lenders and major corporates.
The practice advises across the full property lifecycle and a broad range of asset classes, including data centres, healthcare, logistics, operational real estate, student accommodation, PRS/BTR, life sciences, hotels, offices and retail.
