A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its dynamic Employment Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload which will be contentious, transactional, and advisory matters, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities will include advising clients on a range of employment issues, including contracts, policies, grievances, disciplinary processes, redundancies, family leave, and GDPR. It will entail full conduct of Litigation, employment law support on corporate transactions, including due diligence, TUPE, and drafting employment-related warranties and indemnities. Exposure to both Tribunal and High court litigation is desirable.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Employment lawyer with a minimum 5+ years’ PQE in employment law and extensive experience of all matters listed above. A strong, personable communication style and confidence to provide practical, commercial advice to clients and presenting legal training is important.
