An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior BD Manager to join an elite US firm at a pivotal moment of growth and expansion. This newly created role will see you working as the right-hand person to the BD Director, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s strategic business development initiatives.

You’ll work closely with Partners and BD colleagues across key transactional practices to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver impactful business development programmes. This is a hands-on and strategic role that blends client engagement, market insight, and leadership—perfect for someone ready to take ownership and make a visible impact in a collaborative, high-performing team.
