A local authority based in South London is seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal for an initial period of three months. The successful residential conveyancing paralegal will act on behalf of several councils with relation to residential transactions and a wide range of demanding residential local authority land matters. Local government legislation and governance knowledge would be beneficial.
You must have previous residential property paralegal experience to be considered. Local government experience is highly advantageous. The successful candidate must be able to attend the office 2 days per week.
