LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 50 law firm whose market leading real estate disputes team is currently looking for a property litigation lawyer with Building Safety Act Experience to join them on an initial 12 month FTC starting as soon as possible.
The role will involve working on a range of property disputes including UK and international property businesses, retailers, banks, and other financial institutions on a range of property litigation issues including dilapidations, rent reviews, covenants, landlord and tenant issues, enforcement, services charges, and other related issues. Experience of dealing with property disputes under the Building Safety Act would be ideal.
You will be working closely with the partners and team. Experience gained with a leading national or international law firm on high value and complex commercial real estate disputes will be advantageous.
Due to the nature and responsibilities of this role, you will have at least 5 PQE and be able to work collaboratively as part of the team as well as independently running deals.
