An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a Global Firm seeking a Property Disputes Associate for its top-tier practice in London. The team is one of the largest in the country, the team handles contentious landlord and tenant cases, vacant possession matters, rights-to-light claims, development disputes, energy-related property litigation, hotel and mixed-use estate litigation, and complex dilapidations work.
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Between 2–4 years’ PQE in property litigation gained at a leading London firm
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
