The team advises on a broad range of high-quality residential and commercial property disputes, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents, and private individuals. Work is both varied and complex, offering genuine scope to develop specialist expertise while maintaining a broad litigation practice.
You will handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support, working on matters including:
- Right to Manage and Enfranchisement (particularly large blocks)
- Boundary disputes
- Lease extensions
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Adverse possession
- Dilapidations
- Break notices
In addition to fee-earning, you will be encouraged to play an active role in business development, marketing, and networking, with full backing from the firm to grow your profile and client base.
A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation is required.
