The Property Litigation department is recognised by The Legal 500 as one of the leading property dispute resolution teams in the region. The team advises on a broad range of high-quality residential and commercial property disputes, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents, and private individuals. Work is both varied and complex, offering genuine scope to develop specialist expertise while maintaining a broad litigation practice.

You will handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support, working on matters including:

  • Right to Manage and Enfranchisement (particularly large blocks)

In addition to fee-earning, you will be encouraged to play an active role in business development, marketing, and networking, with full backing from the firm to grow your profile and client base.

A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation is required. You should be comfortable running your own matters from instruction to resolution, possess strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness, and be an excellent communicator with the confidence to build long-term client relationships. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and motivation to contribute to a growing team are essential. Experience in RTM and enfranchisement work is particularly attractive, though not essential for the right candidate.
