Job Description
An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm seeking a Property Disputes Associate for its top-tier practice in London. The team advises on high-value and complex disputes, ranging from landlord and tenant issues and transactional matters to telecoms, nuisance, and trespass claims.
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Between 1-2 years’ PQE in property litigation gained at a leading London firm
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
