Job Description
A leading law firm has a requirement for an experienced funds lawyer to join their private and credit funds group on an initial FTC basis for 6 months starting asap. The role will involve assisting and supporting the teams lead partner on a range of corporate and private funds transactions. You will be involved in a diverse range of funds related work. This will include; real estate funds, infrastructure, funds of funds, private equity and private debt as well as structuring, investments and other schemes and transactions related to funds. The team also work on a range of investment schemes such as direct lending funds, Luxembourg funds, credit funds as well as bespoke CLO funds.
Due to the nature of responsibilities and level of complexity, you will have demonstrable experience gained at a leading international or heavy weight firm in this area and have at least 5 years of experience in funds work.
