NHS Solicitor in Portsmouth

NHS trust seeks a lawyer to support the Healthcare Legal Team.

You will provide healthcare advice including consent, capacity, Mental Health Act and regulatory proceedings. You will help manage High Court applications.

The role is fully remote. Although initially contracted for three months, it is likely to go on longer.
