An opportunity for a Paralegal to join a government body who invest and support creativity and culture across England. This is a 12 month contract, support on a range of transactional matters including grants, capital projects, securities and property.
As the Paralegal, you will support the wider legal team on a variety of property related matters and capital projects. You will help with the execution, recording, reporting and filing of legal documents, including deeds as well as helping with drafting and negotiating documents and materials.
To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience working as a property Paralegal and will have excellent attention to detail and good drafting and negotiation skills. Experience of contracts, grants and subsidy control is desirable.
On offer is a salary between £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience. This is a full time (35 hours a week) role for 12 months and offers hybrid working, with several days a week in the office (Birmingham). Candidates should expect a varied and interesting workload as well as the opportunity to undertake further training and development. Interested candidates should be available at short notice.
