This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate financing transactions for banks, debt funds, financial institutions and borrowers across a broad range of real estate asset classes. Clients operate in an increasingly complex financing landscape. The team helps them navigate that complexity with confidence, supporting transactions from straightforward domestic lending through to complex cross-border, structured and tax-based financings. The practice advises across the full lifecycle of real estate financing transactions and brings together deep legal expertise with a strong understanding of commercial drivers on both lender and borrower side. 5+ years’ PQE gained within a leading Real Estate Finance practice ~ Lead and manage real estate finance transactions from initial structuring through to completion ~ Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree ~ LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
