The successful candidate will join a busy and experienced team, handling a diverse caseload across property and private client litigation. This role would suit a confident fee earner who enjoys variety, autonomy, and direct client contact, with supervision and support available where required.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will manage your own caseload, including:
- Property Disputes
- Ownership disputes
- Rights of way and boundary disputes
- Service charge disputes
- Right to Manage claims
- Landlord & Tenant (Residential & Commercial)
- Possession and eviction proceedings
- Lease renewal proceedings
- Probate Disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Will validity challenges
- Additional Litigation Matters
- Debt recovery and repayment claims
- Building disputes
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation. Experience handling a broad range of contentious matters. Able to work autonomously, with supervision where appropriate. Produces high-quality work with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-care skills. Well organised and comfortable working to departmental billing targets.
