An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join the highly ranked construction practice of a City firm. The team advises clients across the full lifecycle of construction projects, supported by a large specialist team working on a broad range of non-contentious matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, project troubleshooting and project advisory work.
The team advises on supply, installation, construction and facilities management contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and parent company guarantees, acting for leading UK funds, investors, suppliers and international clients across sectors including cultural institutions, hotels and leisure, and PFI/PPP projects.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Have 2-4 years’ PQE at a leading construction non-contentious practice.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
