An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel (2+ PQE) to join a growing, international investment platform, supporting operations across Europe and the US. Working closely with senior leadership, this role offers broad exposure to corporate, commercial, and strategic legal matters within a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a key point of contact for legal queries across the business
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements
- Supporting new business initiatives, product development, and transactional activity
- Advising on governance, regulatory, and compliance matters (including data protection and ESG)
- Maintaining legal templates, policies, and internal processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing external counsel and supporting legal innovation projects
About You:
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE
- Background in corporate, M&A, or commercial law
- Experience in private practice or in-house within financial services / investment environments
- Strong technical skills, combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and with senior stakeholders
