We are working with a global organisation looking to bring in a Patent Attorney on a contract basis to support their intellectual property function. This is an exciting opportunity for a UK and European Patent Attorney to work across patent drafting, portfolio management, and commercial IP matters.
6-month contract. Must be immediately available and have a chemistry or life sciences background. London-based, hybrid working.
The Role
- Managing and advising on patent filings and global IP portfolios
- Working with business teams on new innovations
- Handling freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity assessments
- Supporting contracts, collaborations, and strategic projects
- Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified UK & European Patent Attorney
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience in consumer health, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or life sciences
