Their global corporate team is looking for a senior level corporate M&A lawyer to join them for 12 months on a FTC basis starting asap. You will support partners with a variety of matters across the group and lead or co lead on a range of deals including private M&A, joint ventures, investments, reorganisations, restructurings, and corporate governance. The team are incredibly collaborative, they offer a hybrid working arrangement with opportunities to travel between offices too where needed.
