Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join a leading US firm in its London office.
The team advises on a broad range of sophisticated public and private transactions, including public takeovers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
The successful candidate will advise on complex public and private M&A matters from the initial structuring of a transaction through to signing and completion.
Have 4-6 years’ PQE gained within a leading Corporate M&A practice.
Strong experience of public M&A
Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
