The work will entail advising private equity sponsors, credit funds, and corporate borrowers on leveraged and general finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions. With upwards of 4 years PQE in Leveraged Finance, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangement.
