LAW Absolute is working with a global law firm whose leverage finance team is looking for an experienced lawyer with a strong leverage finance background to join them on an interim basis for at least 6 months starting in the New Year.
Responsibilities:
- The role will involve supporting on all loan finance and acquisition and leverage finance deals.
- Experience of leveraged and acquisition finance of other lending structures such as private credit and unitranch, gained either in-house or private practice would be ideal.
- You will also have experience of cross-border transactions, LMA documentation, and other complex legal documentation.
The team is highly ranked in Chambers and Partners for their global loans work. You will join a collaborative and collegiate team and support them on a range of global transactions.
