Opportunity to join a Charity as a Legal Director – 12 month fixed term contract. A unique opportunity to join a charitable organisation in a period of growth and development. Focused on supporting emerging and growing charitable projects, this organisation is seeking their first Legal Director for a 12-month fixed term contract.

As Legal Director, you will help build and lead the legal and governance function during a critical start-up phase, shaping legal strategy from the ground up. You will define structure, governance, legal infrastructure, and risk frameworks while supporting organisational growth and international expansion.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Lawyer with significant experience and expertise in governance, legal structuring, and regulatory compliance. You will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and organisational risk as well as experience supporting Boards and senior leadership teams. Experience in the charity, non-profit, or social impact sector is highly desirable.

This role can be offered on a remote basis (with occasional travel to London) or hybrid working (London). This is an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
