We’re seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support technology and business operations. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day contracts, routine commercial queries, and compliance matters, helping teams manage risks and deliver efficiently.
Hybrid working: London (3 days in office, 2 from home). Must be immediately available.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate standard technology and commercial agreements.
- Support operational teams with BAU legal guidance on contracts, approvals, and compliance.
- Identify legal and commercial risks, proposing practical mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to internal templates, processes, and documentation improvements.
- 2 years PQE+, corporate/commercial experience in Technology, Media, or Telecoms preferred.
- Experience with software licensing, technology agreements, or enterprise systems contracts.
- Strong drafting, review, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of data protection and compliance frameworks is a plus.
