We are working with a renowned telecoms company based in central London. They are seeking a Legal Counsel with a background in Real Estate/ Real Estate Litigation to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will last 6 months and focus on resolving disputes and managing legal risks in real estate and telecommunications. Immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasehold mast estates, including access issues, lease renewals, and upgrades.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on various real estate matters.
- Handle litigation under the Electronic Communications Code and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
