We are working with a renowned telecoms company based in central London. They are seeking a Legal Counsel with a background in Real Estate/ Real Estate Litigation to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will last 6 months and focus on resolving disputes and managing legal risks in real estate and telecommunications. Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasehold mast estates, including access issues, lease renewals, and upgrades.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on various real estate matters.
  • Handle litigation under the Electronic Communications Code and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, delivering clear and precise legal guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years PQE + Background in Real Estate Litigation
  • Experience in the telecoms industry preferable
