In-House Legal Recruitment Consultant – FS, Property, Energy and Infrastructure
Location: North West London
I’m working exclusively with a dynamic and growing real estate developer based in North West London, who are looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal or NQ to join their in-house legal team this September. This is a brilliant opportunity for a real estate paralegal seeking varied, hands-on work within a close-knit and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you’ll play a key role in supporting a range of development-led legal matters. The work will cover everything from site acquisitions and finance agreements to lettings, sales, and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support legal aspects of development projects, including:
- Site acquisitions
- Facility agreements (acquisition, development, investment finance)
- Affordable housing offtake agreements
- Forward fund agreements (PBSA / BTR)
- Commercial lettings and disposals
- Construction and site setup documentation
- Take ownership of straightforward property matters:
- Substation leases Oversail / scaffolding licences
- Property licences and related issues
- Liaison with external counsel where required
About You
- Qualified or part-qualified real estate lawyer
- Experience with property development or real estate transactions
- Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced legal team
- Company laptop and mobile
