A leading global insurer is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel into its London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile international business and take on a genuinely broad role covering both insurance and reinsurance work.
The role will involve:
- Advising on treaty and facultative placements, both ceded and assumed
- Negotiating directly with brokers and business partners
- Working on collateral structures, captive arrangements and security agreements
- Supporting multinational programme work and regulatory developments
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders across international markets
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified lawyer with strong insurance or reinsurance experience (in-house or private practice)
