A global FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Employment Legal Counsel to support the business across the EMEA region. The role involves advising on a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including employee relations, collective issues, and cross‑border initiatives, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders. You’ll also support internal investigations, manage employment law risk, track legal developments, and deliver practical training.

  • Qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE experience (law firm and/or in‑house)
  • Strong EMEA employment law experience
  • Experience working with complex, multinational organisations
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
