My client, a Silver circle firm is currently looking for an associate to join their client, a leading Fintech Bank, on an interim basis for 3 months starting asap.
The role will involve:
- Drafting and negotiating agreements with a wide variety of customers partners, and suppliers, including material outsourcing and subcontracting arrangements on a project-by-project basis.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating terms and conditions (including B2B and B2C with customers and suppliers), providing advice, supporting internal projects, and working groups.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Being an individual who aligns to the internal culture, objectives and goals of the Legal Team.
You will have at least 3 years of experience as a solicitor working in house, including secondments, or in private practice undertaking commercial work involving FS or FinTech. Knowledge of corporate governance, data privacy and IP and the contractual challenges of both customer and employee data will also be well regarded.
This is a superb opportunity to take on a secondment role in house for a leading bank and work on a broad range of commercial matters.
