An opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a not-for-profit responsible for developing and enforcing globally accepted financial reporting standards and sustainability disclosure standards. This is a contract role for 12 months.
As Legal Counsel, you will provide support across commercial contracting, intellectual property protection and corporate legal matters. The role will involve drafting commercial and IP contracts, protecting and maintaining intellectual property rights, applying strong commercial awareness, managing corporate legal requirements and conducting thorough legal research.
To be considered you will be a qualified legal professional and/or UK qualified solicitor, with several years PQE and good working knowledge of contract, corporate, commercial and IP law. Knowledge of the same within EU, Asia Oceania region and/or US an advantage.
On offer is a salary of Β£90,000. This role is based in London and offers hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). You will work collaboratively across teams, have intellectually challenging projects, and have opportunities for professional growth and development.
