We are working with a UK telecommunications company looking for a Consumer Product Lawyer to support on a 2‑year project.

The Role:
- Advise on taking new consumer products to market in a legally compliant and consumer focused way
- Provide legal support on FCA‑aligned products and regulated consumer offerings
- Advise on consumer credit and lending requirements, where relevant
- Shape customer journeys from a legal and regulatory perspective
- Draft, review, and update customer Terms & Conditions
- Provide legal oversight of advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
- Support billing‑related legal issues affecting customers
- Partner with product, marketing, billing, and transformation teams to support business change
Ideal Candidate:
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Over four years of experience with consumer law, regulatory law, or a regulated consumer environment
- Telecoms or financial services experience beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a practical, hands‑on approach
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, product‑led environment
