Junior Commercial Property Solicitor, on a full-time and fixed-term basis of up to 9-12 months.

The salary is negotiable, but an initial guidance has been given at £34-£38/hour via umbrella company.

You will provide advice on property transactions, draft reports, leases, licences, and other property-related documents. The role reports to the Principal Solicitor in the team.

To apply you will:

  • Be a UK-qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of local government processes within a commercial property context.
  • Be able to attend the office on a hybrid working basis of 3 days per week in the office.

Essential experience:

  • Handling a caseload of commercial property matters.
  • Drafting reports, leases, licences, and other commercial property-related documentation.
  • Strong client relationship management.

Please note you must have prior local government experience to apply for this role. Applicants without local government experience cannot be considered.
