We are working with a retail company seeking an IP Paralegal, with a background in trademark filings and prosecutions and designs, to join the team on a permanent basis and provide a comprehensive IP service to the business.
Location: London, Full-time
Salary: £55-60k
The role:
- Trademark searching, renewals, filings and prosecutions
- Design renewals, filings, and prosecutions
- Managing the design process
- Preparing design reports
Ideal candidate:
- Significant trademark and design experience
- Global IP experience
- In-house experience desirable
- Hard worker and organised
