This senior role will play a key part in shaping and delivering international BD strategy, working closely with partners, leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, client engagement and market profile across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-value pitches, proposals and RFPs
- Advising partners on international BD strategy and client development
- Delivering targeted marketing and BD initiatives across corporate and disputes practices
- Managing international events, campaigns and directory submissions
- Line management and development of junior team members
Essential requirements:
- Significant business development experience within a leading UK or global law firm (this is critical)
