We're supporting a multinational consumer business seeking an experienced Senior Trademark Counsel to provide interim cover within its global legal team.
This role will take ownership of a significant international trademark portfolio, supporting brand teams across multiple markets and managing the full trademark lifecycle.
Start date: ASAP Location: London, hybrid working Contract duration: 3 months Key responsibilities: Advising on trademark clearance and launch risk assessments.
Managing global trademark filing and prosecution strategies.
Leading brand protection, enforcement, and dispute matters.
Providing advice on copyright, domain names, and related IP issues.
Managing relationships with external counsel and stakeholders.
Supporting commercial and strategic business initiatives from an intellectual property perspective.
Ideal experience: Qualified lawyer with substantial trademark law expertise.
Strong experience managing international trademark portfolios.
Previous in-house and/or private practice experience.
Commercially focused and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
