We are working with a FTSE 100 company seeking a qualified solicitor to join the procurement legal team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with procurement and commercial stakeholders, advising on high-value supplier contracts and ensuring legal and commercial best practice across the supply chain.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel

Rate: £300–£350 per day (PAYE)

Contract: 3 months (with potential to extend)

You must be immediately available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support on a range of procurement and supplier contracts, including goods, services, logistics, and technology.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations across procurement activities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement agreements.
  • Identify legal risks in supply chain arrangements and recommend practical, commercial solutions.
  • Work closely with procurement, commercial, and operational teams across the business.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in procurement and commercial contracts.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics and contractual risk.
  • Able to work independently and communicate legal advice clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Immediately available to start
