LAW Absolute seeks an experienced Corporate ECM lawyer to join on an interim basis to cover substantial workload and deal flow.

The role focuses on floating and raising capital, IPOs, and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including public takeovers.

We are especially interested in Capital Markets lawyers with 5+ years’ PQE in ECM corporate transactions, with deep experience of Public M&A and Takeover Code matters.

Start this summer and continue through the new year.
