An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join the highly ranked Restructuring & Insolvency practice of a well-known UK firm in London. The team offers extensive expertise in all areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency, advising on the reorganisation of both solvent and insolvent companies. Its work includes debt restructurings, refinancings, debt-for-equity swaps, distressed investing, loan-to-own strategies, and distressed M&A. The team also advises on schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans, pre-insolvency advice and planning, and directors’ duties and liabilities in the context of financially distressed or insolvent companies, as well as formal insolvency procedures such as CVAs, administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.

Experience required:

  • Qualified in England & Wales
  • Have 2-5 years’ PQE at a leading R&I practice
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
