The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, working alongside experienced specialists within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience advising on:

  • Right to Manage matters
  • Enfranchisement, particularly involving large blocks of flats
  • Boundary disputes
  • Lease extensions
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Adverse possession claims
  • Dilapidations
  • Break notices

You will have responsibility for running your own matters with appropriate supervision and will be encouraged to play an active role in business development, networking and maintaining strong client relationships.
