A Utilities Company in North West England is seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to support on a 12–13 month maternity contract.
Start date: Mid to Late April 2025
They are looking for a qualified lawyer/barrister with a background in litigation and claims management. The successful candidate will need to have supervisory experience as they will be supporting a small litigation and claims team.
Hybrid working model: three days a week in their North West offices, two from home.
The role includes:
- Claims management
- Supervising the litigation and claims team
- Providing advice to the business on litigious and claims related matters
- Providing company wide training
- Supporting and deputising for the Debt Recovery manager when required
Ideally 5+ PQE.
