We are recruiting on behalf of a Top 500, Legal 500‑ranked law firm based in Farnborough, offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their award‑winning Corporate & Commercial team. This is a firm recognised for its ambitious growth, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence, working with a wide range of clients, from international listed companies and privately owned businesses to venture capital, private equity, and high‑net‑worth individuals. Many matters are cross‑border, providing exposure to complex, high‑value corporate transactions.
The Role
- You will play a key role in the firm’s corporate practice, advising on:
- Mergers & acquisitions, exits, equity investments, and debt investments
- Asset purchases and sales, including drafting ancillary documentation
- Business disposals, due diligence, and completion processes
- Share purchase agreements, disclosure letters, articles of association, and shareholders’ agreements
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
- Support business development initiatives and client growth projects
- Lead on transactions where appropriate, showcasing both technical expertise and commercial awareness
