An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a prestigious US law firm in its Employment Practice in London. This role is part of the firm’s Employment practice, where you will work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, advising them on complex international employment and HR compliance issues.

The ideal candidate will be a mid-level associate with experience across a broad range of employment and labor matters, including advising multinational employers on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. You will provide counsel on all aspects of the employment relationship, from pre-hire to post-termination, within an international context, while also designing and implementing multi-jurisdictional employment projects. Experience in Financial Services and the Middle East is welcome but not a prerequisite.

Experience required:
  • Qualified in England and Wales, or in a common law jurisdiction, with experience working in the UK.
  • At least 2 years’ PQE in a recognised employment practice.
  • Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
