The Role- Manage a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident, Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability, Public Liability, and other personal injury claims.
- Handle files from pre-action through to settlement or trial.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
- Prioritise workloads efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.
- Work as part of a supportive and experienced team committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- Strong experience in personal injury litigation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
- Confident managing a busy caseload and working to deadlines.
- Approximately 2+ years' PQE is desirable.
- Claimant personal injury experience would be advantageous.
