I am working with a highly regarded City firm looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join one of its largest and busiest practice areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and ambitious Corporate team advising an impressive client base of high-growth businesses, technology companies, AI businesses, SMEs, institutional investors and private equity houses.
The team regularly works opposite some of the leading firms in the City, including Silver Circle and US law firms, on sophisticated, high-value M&A and private equity transactions.
The Work
You will have exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers, acquisitions and business disposals.
- Private equity and venture capital investments.
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins.
- Corporate restructurings and refinancings.
- Shareholder arrangements and corporate governance.
- Domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Exit and succession planning for business owners.
You will work with an impressive range of entrepreneurs, management teams, institutional investors and high-growth businesses, including clients operating in the technology and AI sectors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE.
- Strong experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
- Background gained within a leading City, mid-market or regional corporate practice.
- Excellent technical, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing client relationships.
