Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in Corporate IP, ideally combined with exposure to IP and TMT matters within complex corporate transactions.
This is a rare chance to step into a top‑tier international platform and work alongside highly regarded practitioners on sophisticated, fast‑paced matters from day one.
Contract Details
3–6 month assignment. Support on transactional corporate IP and technology deals and work on high-quality, high-value matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Qualified lawyer with strong Corporate IP experience
- Additional experience across IP and Technology matters is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating in a transactional, deadline‑driven environment
- Available to start at short notice
