We are working with a conveyancing specialist firm who are currently seeking a commercial property fee earner for a permanent role based in Twickenham.
About the firm:
- The firm deals with a diverse range of individuals and organisations from traders to large companies and financial lenders, both locally and nationally as well as overseas.
- They have an established and loyal client base and take pride in the excellent level of service provided to all new and existing clients of the firm.
- Their Twickenham office consists of around 25 people (open plan). However, the commercial property team would be yourself and one other assistant.
About the role:
- They are looking for an individual who is happy to work independently.
- You will be taking on a number of already existing cases; therefore, they would require someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
- The candidate will need at least 1 year managing a full caseload of commercial property work.
Details:
- Office based (5 days a week in office)
- Start date flexible and can accommodate notice periods
- Salary is DOE with a monthly bonus of 20% of billing over £15k, paid in arrears, monthly.
