An international technology group is seeking a TMT/commercial lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This is a high-impact, broad-ranging role suited to someone with strong private practice training and excellent technical legal skills, looking to work across complex digital, data, and technology matters in a fast-paced, global environment.
This role will sit within a lean and high-performing legal team supporting operations across technology, infrastructure, and digital services, including areas such as AI, data, outsourcing, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.

The Role:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial technology contracts
- Advising on outsourcing, digital services, and technology platform arrangements
- Supporting the business on emerging tech issues, including AI, data governance, and digital regulation
- Collaborating with global legal and regulatory teams across jurisdictions
- Providing strategic legal input into digital transformation and product development
- Balancing legal risk with commercial drivers to deliver practical advice in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE
- Strong background in commercial/TMT law, ideally from a well-regarded law firm
- Experience with data, digital platforms, outsourcing, or AI is strongly preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate across diverse legal areas
- Comfortable working independently on complex, cross-border matters
- Excellent technical skills, sound judgement, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
