Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Lawyer (2 – 6 PQE) This dynamic and award winning law firm\’s is looking for a talented and commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate (circa 2–6 years PQE) to join its top-ranked Commercial & Technology team in London. The work will include high-value, cutting-edge technology and outsourcing projects, commercial agreements, technology, software and Cloud related contracts. You will also have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and advisory matters, including supply of goods and services (B2B and B2C), Agency, joint venture and collaboration agreements, and Payment services contracts. An understanding of Data regulation and e merging tech regulation , such as the use of AI is required. This highly ranked team is looking for a technically excellent commercial or technology lawyer with 2–5 years\’ post-qualification experience of outsourcing and technology transactions. The successful applicant will have strong experience at a recognised TMT team at a global, mid tier or highly ranked boutique firm. Commonwealth qualified lawyers at recognised TMT teams will be considered if currently in London or on track to arrive by the autumn. The firm has an inclusive and collaborative culture, superb training and development and this team is the recipient of multiple awards.
