Key ResponsibilitiesYou will manage your own caseload, including:
- Property Disputes
- Ownership disputes
- Rights of way and boundary disputes
- Service charge disputes
- Right to Manage claims
- Landlord & Tenant (Residential & Commercial)
- Possession and eviction proceedings
- Lease renewal proceedings
- Probate Disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Will validity challenges
- Additional Litigation Matters
- Debt recovery and repayment claims
- Building disputes
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation
- Experience handling a broad range of contentious matters
- Able to work autonomously, with supervision where appropriate
- Produces high-quality work with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Well organised and comfortable working to departmental billing targets
